REQUIREMENTS
- Only Civil Servants are eligible,
- The borrower needs to feel in the loan application form.
- Upon applying the Borrower needs to upload a Selfie photo.
- The Borrower needs to State the loan collateral.
- Â Make sure you provide collect information.
NOTE: Provision of false information about yourself or next of kin, such as unreachable numbers intentionally is an offense. Make sure you verify information before submitting to avoid inconveniences.
PAYMENTS
- Payment are due immediately the Civil Servant Salaries are in.
- 31st or 30th is the last day of making payments.
- The money to be paid the the account as guided by the Customer Service.
- Â By 01st of the following month penalties are automatically added.
COLLATERAL POLICY
- By 1st penalties are automatically added to defaulters
- Â Followed by the collection of the Collateral.
- The Collateral is therefore kept at the office for 30 days there after it is liable for selling can not be claimed back.
- The collateral can only be claimed back within 30 day after collection.
- To get back the Collateral, you need to settle the Loan balance and pay additional transpotation fee of not less than k700.
